If broken product is received, kindly Email Us – cineudyogindia@yahoo.com
with the invoice or bill within 2 days of receiving.
If you have received the wrong product, Kindly send us the image & the invoice so that we can assist you well. Items will only be accepted with the proof of purchase ie invoice or E-Bill.
There Is NO REFUND on Cash On Delivery (COD) / Prepaid Orders. YOU WILL BE ELEGIBLE TO BUY THE ANOTHER PRODUCT FOR THE SAME PRICE OR MORE.
Requirement For Returns
Order ID Issued By C-lite Returned Product Must Be In Its Original Packaging Without Any Missing Or Damaged Parts.
- Used, Scratched or Damaged product will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping will be at buyer’s cost.
- Shipping & Handling Fees is non refundable.
- Partial Refund Process Can Take Unto 5-7 Working Days after the item is received.
- Adding a tracking ID with delivery confirmation is highly recommended “To Ensure Your Return.”
Exchange Policy
“NO NEED TO WORRY” If you have ordered a wrong product Or you want an exchange.
Kindly send us the image or the product with the invoice. Make sure that the Product is in the same packaging & original condition.
If we have sent you a wrong product Then the reverse pickup will be done for free of cost. Shipping Of The Replaced Product Will Also Be Free Of Cost.
If We Have Sent You The Exact Product With You Have Ordered Then Return Shipping Will Be At The Buyer’s Cost.
This Process Can Take Around 5-7 Working Days
Damaged Products
If the damaged product is received, It must be reported within 2 days of delivery. It should be in its original packaging. The replacement or refund shall not be accepted if the product do not reach us on original packaging. It is must to create the video of the damaged product and you will send us on cineudyogindia@yahoo.com
If our team finds that the product is used and then it was damaged by the user, Then there will be no refunds to the customer.
Partial Refund Option
In case of a refund , Rs. 1000 as handling charges will be deducted from the order amount only when if the customer is ready to courier the product to the return address and rest amount shall be refunded through the available methods.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS CAN TAKE AROUND 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER’S BANK DETAILS (PREFERRED) WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROCESS THE REFUND ON TIME.
